Brendan Leonard Promoted to Finance Services President
Crews & co. is pleased to announce Brendan Leonard as the new President of Finance Services!
Leonard first joined the firm in 2022 as its Chief Revenue Officer. He will continue in that role while also leading the Crews & co. Finance Services division, supporting entrepreneurs with everything from daily bookkeeping to strategic financial decision-making.
A seasoned executive, Leonard brings 25+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and operations to the firm. He has worked with household brands such as Samsonite, Hasbro, and Fruit of the Loom, and he has been part of several successful acquisitions in the financial and healthcare industries.

In his new role, Leonard will focus on further streamlining operations, integrating Finance Services more closely with the firm’s Growth Method, and supporting clients. “The right finance function is crucial for companies that want to grow,” he says, “and it’s our goal to provide our clients with every possible resource to help them succeed.”

Brendan has led $50M and $100M+ in brand growth for Samsonite and Hasbro, respectively. He has leveraged several strategic private equity exits before pivoting to focus on helping growth-ready, emerging businesses.
Brendan earned his MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
