He has served as an Owner, President, and Chief Operating Officer, leading organizations through growth, operational transformation, and liquidity events. Doug has a strong track record of improving profitability, driving revenue growth, and building the structure and discipline required to scale founder-led businesses.
As an Operating Partner, Doug works directly with private equity firms and portfolio companies, providing embedded and fractional leadership. He has led businesses through critical inflection points—including rapid growth, turnaround, and exit preparation—consistently achieving targeted investment outcomes.
