She has worked extensively with industries including restaurant, real estate, manufacturing, and small business services, and she derives immense fulfillment from contributing to her client companies’ successes.
After earning her bachelor’s degree from Cleveland State University, Jennifer achieved both her Professional Bookkeeper and Quickbooks Specialist designations from The Universal Accounting Center.

- Prior to joining Crews & co., Jennifer managed workflows and virtual bookkeeping operations for 10 years, providing day-to-day accounting services, quality control oversight for financial reporting, and client assistance with cloud accounting integrations.
- A Cleveland Browns fan and avid crafter, Jennifer enjoys watching her daughter’s sports events with her husband of 14 years and playing with the family’s chocolate lab.
