Phillip Leslie is a Growth Consultant at Crews & co. With more than 20 years of experience as an operator, founder, and investor, Phillip helps companies pursue ambitious organic and acquisition-driven growth . He advises leadership teams on acquisitions, divestitures, financing, and the financial readiness required for major growth and transition points.
Phillip holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Computer Science from Purdue University.
Experience
- As CEO of interviewstream, Phillip integrated four EBITDA-negative companies into one profitable business. The company appeared twice on the Inc. 5000 before its sale to a private equity firm
- Phillip founded ProOnGo and later led its sale to The Neat Company, where he was part of the team that grew the business beyond $100 million in revenue.
- He has held leadership roles at Workbox Ventures and TechNexus, working across financing, investment opportunities, investor relations, and venture-enabled growth.
- Phillip has served as Treasurer on three nonprofit boards, including The Ability Experience. Outside of work, he can usually be found in his workshop, where he has yet to meet a power tool he didn’t like.
