Judy owns a 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise in MetroWest Boston. The company provides full-service junk removal for homes and businesses, including offices, retail properties, construction sites, and more.
Following a career in corporate human resources, Judy came across an article about 1-800-GOT-JUNK? and saw a great opportunity to open a franchise in the Greater Boston area. She quickly turned her franchise into a multi-million dollar business. Judy also owns and operates MaidPro and Men in Kilts franchises.

Paige Lopez
Awaken180°
Paige Lopez owns Awaken180°, a premium weight loss service with personalized, science-based nutrition plans and ongoing 1:1 coaching.
Paige used her own experience of losing unwanted weight to develop the framework for Awaken180°. When friends and family complimented her transformation in weight, mood, and energy, she realized she could help awaken the world by sharing what she learned.

Sharon MacDonald
Model55
Sharon owns Model55, the largest nationwide model apartment staging firm. Model55 works with senior living residences and apartment complexes to create and install thoughtfully curated model living spaces.
While working in software sales, Sharon gained tremendous knowledge from the leaders who mentored her, eventually realizing her true passion for entrepreneurship. Over the past 14 years, she has watched her small business idea bloom into a successful national company.

Kim Sluter
New England Construction
Kim is Vice President and Partner of New England Construction, a second-generation family-owned business with big company capabilities and a small company feel. NEC focuses on building trust, pricing right the first time, and delivering on time.
With significant experience in sales and marketing strategy, risk management, and business development, Kim manages existing relationships and new client acquisitions. In her role on the Senior Leadership Team, she oversees business development and estimating performance management. She also leads NEC’s DEI initiatives to create a more diverse and inclusive workplace. Kim is actively involved in several organizations across New England, such as ICSC and CREW Boston. Locally she serves on Seekonk’s Aitken Building Committee and she is currently in her third year as Seekonk School Committee Chair.
