Darren Fredette Joins as Strategic Partner and Advisor
Crews & co. is pleased to announce Darren Fredette as the firm’s newest strategic partner and senior advisor!
Fredette will be directly supporting the firm as a member of its executive leadership team and will also be supporting Crews & co. clients through work with the company’s Finance Services division. He brings significant subject matter expertise in the areas of financial operations and corporate finance strategy.
A longtime friend of the firm, Fredette first worked with Crews & co. during his tenure at Packaging Technology Group; he led PTG’s financial operations and corporate development activities while the company was a Crews & co. client.
Having spent over 26 years in finance, strategy, and operations, Fredette is well-equipped to help businesses successfully navigate their growth trajectories. He is experienced with mergers & acquisitions and is familiar with sale transactions from both sides, having partnered with businesses that were eventually acquired and holding leadership roles at private equity firms.
“Bringing Darren on board allows us to offer our clients an amazing financial resource,” says Crews & co. CEO Eric Crews. “And we’re also excited to have him supporting our firm as we continue to grow.”
