I’m not immune to the challenges that come along with organizational expansion. One of the hardest things for me to deal with has been taking care of our clients when I’m not the one directly taking care of our clients.
It requires trust, training, and the right team members. As I often say: 90% is people.

Maggie So
Growth Consultant
Maggie So is an experienced finance, accounting, and operations professional who helps small to mid-sized companies build scalable infrastructure for growth. Her mantra is “people, processes & platforms,” and her passion is helping business owners and management teams resolve issues in these key areas.
Prior to starting an outsourced CFO services firm, Maggie worked in venture-backed software companies in accounting, finance, operations, client services, human resources and marketing departments. She's worked in consulting, software, aerospace, cybersecurity, advertising, ecommerce, and more.
Maggie's wide range of experiences allow her to see things holistically, and her work in leadership coaching allows her to guide leaders to make clear decisions and execute with purpose.
Maggie is happiest when she is connecting with others about life, business, and food. She is currently raising one dog and two cats, who you will find curled up next to her when she's reading a book or during Zoom meetings.
Isaac Foster
Growth Consultant
Isaac Foster has over 15 years of management experience working for education companies on both sides of the Atlantic. Isaac was a schoolteacher in Harlem before leading Kaplan Test Prep's teaching teams in Paris and London. He then joined Bespoke Education, a boutique tutoring and test-prep firm headquartered in Manhattan, where he served for five years as COO and five years as CEO.
Isaac has joined Crews Consulting Group to share his extensive experience leading teams and organizations with the next generation of entrepreneurs.
He is an enthusiastic linguist who speaks fluent French and Spanish as well as conversational Levantine Arabic and Portuguese. Isaac has run 9 marathons, including Paris and New York.
