Adam Hirsch is a Growth Consultant at Crews & co. who brings a builder's mindset to every engagement. Having owned, operated, and turned around companies across a wide range of industries, Adam understands what it takes to move a business from stagnant to scaling. He embeds himself as a hands-on operator, rebuilding culture, implementing profitable growth strategies, and delivering sustainable results.
Adam successfully exited a $50M Pella distributorship before launching a strategic advisory practice focused on revitalizing small and mid-sized businesses. Most recently, he partnered with a 35-employee environmental services company and led the team to grow trailing twelve-month revenue from $6M to $10M. He has also advised the founder of a tolerance analysis software company on gaining market share with current products while developing a go-to-market strategy for their next-generation platform. Adam has thrived in private equity-owned environments and brings the same results-driven discipline to founder-led companies.
Adam holds a degree in Marketing from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
