Heather Schmidt is a Growth Consultant at Crews & co. who helps founder-led companies find clarity, alignment, and focus so they can grow with purpose. She works side by side with leadership teams and founders to bring The Growth Method to life — turning big ideas into practical plans and helping businesses run more smoothly, profitably, and intentionally.

Heather is driven by the belief that business success is rooted in strong leadership and cohesive teams. Her experience spans from launching her own company to supporting other high-growth businesses through transition and transformation. With a calm, focused presence, she helps clients navigate complexity, improve decision-making, and position their businesses for long-term value creation.

In addition to her role at Crews & co., Heather is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) and serves as an M&A Advisor with Exit Equity, where she supports business owners as they prepare for and navigate major transitions.
