Jilian Booth leads Human Resources at Crews & co. Jilian is an accomplished HR leader and consultant who helps organizations build strong, scalable people operations. She specializes in HR transformation, performance management, recruiting, onboarding, and retention strategies that support rapid growth and cultural alignment.
With over a decade of leadership experience, including as VP of Retail Operations and Director, Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, Jilian has successfully led nationwide hiring initiatives, built training programs with 80% retention, and streamlined HR processes to improve efficiency and compliance. She partners closely with leadership teams to evolve KPIs, develop forward-thinking HR functions, and implement systems that drive engagement and results.
Experience
- Before joining Crews & co., Jilian led the creation of a full-scale HR function, oversaw recruitment and hiring across 30 states, and developed onboarding and training programs in partnership with the executive team to ensure compliant and effective workforce management for a nationwide retail company.
- Jilian is originally from New Bedford, MA. She enjoys spending time with her 2 sons especially on the ski slopes during the winter season. Jilian also has a passion for hiking and traveling.
