She has led high-impact growth strategies for VC- and PE-backed companies as well as global corporations, with a proven track record of scaling revenue, expanding global market presence, and improving EBITDA margins.
Joanne excels at aligning strategic vision with financial and operational execution. Her leadership has helped brands redefine categories, expand omnichannel distribution, and drive sustainable, scalable growth in competitive markets.
She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a dual BA in Economics and Art from Northwestern University.

- As CEO of a global beauty company, Joanne drove top-line growth, expanded international distribution, and significantly improved profitability.
- As President of a leading supplements brand, she doubled revenue and shifted the business to a 50/50 DTC and retail model, achieving #1 wellness brand status at Ulta and securing distribution at Target, Walmart, CVS, and Amazon.
- At a multi-cultural health & beauty company, Joanne served as COO and led the company through a strategic acquisition by Procter & Gamble, launched new product categories, and expanded retail presence with Target and Sephora.
- Joanne also spent over a decade at The Estée Lauder Companies, where she served as SVP/GM of their luxury skincare brand and held several leadership roles at their #1 color cosmetics brand. She began her career as a Retail & CPG Strategy Consultant at Accenture.
